Hole 1 ->
This challenging opener presents a blind, uphill tee shot requiring a drive straight down the middle, over the crest of the hill. Since the first 200 yards are uphill, the hole plays longer than you'd expect. Don't hit a long drive left, or you may find OB at the tennis courts. On the other hand, pushing a drive right will find the evergreens, making an approach shot next to impossible. A good drive will leave a mid to long iron approach, probably from a downhill lie. The large elevated green is flanked by bunkers left and right, sloping from back right to front left.
