Eleven is the longest hole on the course. If you naturally fade the ball off the tee, this hole's for you. The fairway bunker on the left sits only 240 yards from the middle of the tee. So, a big left to right tee shot, bending around the corner, to the right of the trap will leave you in good shape. If you're a long hitter, you might opt for taking it over the trees that guard the right corner. Few people can get home in two here. It's best to try to keep it straight , arriving safely in three. Your fairway wood second shot will be down a mere ribbon of a fairway, only twenty yards wide. If you safely find the fairway on your second shot, only a wedge or short iron should be left into this elevated green. The trees at the left front are the only green side trouble, but while most green sits up on a shelf, the front third falls off very steeply. A pin placement up front can be quite ruthless. If the pin is at the rear, where its more accessible, be sure to get your approach shot up there on the shelf.
