House Tossed Salad - Combination of iceberg lettuce, radicchio, romaine and leaf lettuces, with radishes, carrot, red cabbage, and cherry tomato garni - Served with choice of dressing

Caesar Salad - Crisp romaine lettuce and teh classic anchovy and garlic dressing, topped with croutons, tomatoes, and olives

Spinach Salad - Garnished with diced bacon, olives, sliced mushrooms, bleu cheese crumbles, red onion rings, and hard-boiled egg.  Served with choice of dressing (Hot Bacon Dressing available upon request.)

Fresh Fruit Plate (in season) - The best available market fruit.  Includes your choice of low-fat cottage cheese, yogurt, sherbet, chicken salad, or albacore tuna salad

Junior Chef Salad - Fresh mixed greens, topped with smoked ham, turkey breast, cheddar cheese, hard-boiled egg, tomato, and olives,  Served with choice of dressing.

Cobb Salad - Diced chicken breast, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, olives, hard-boiled egg, and bleu cheese crumbles served on mixed greens

Grilled Boneless Breast of Chicken Club Sandwich - topped with bacon and melted Swiss cheese and served on a toasted bun
